【INDICATIONS】
TRADOL Injection is indicated for the following diseases; Acute and chronic pain classified as severe or moderate (e.g. pain due to tumor), pain after diagnosis and post-operation.

【DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION】
For adults, administer 1–2 ampoules (50–100mg as Tramadol HCl) intramuscularly or intravenously. If necessary, administer repeatedly for every 4–5 hours. The maximum dose is 8 ampoules (400mg) per day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age and symptoms.

1. Contraindication

  • Patients with acute alcohol intoxication

  • Patients with intoxication of drugs which act on the central nervous system, such as hypnotics, analgesics or psychotropic drugs.

  • Patients with severe respiratory depression (Mild respiratory depression may occur.)

  • Patients with a risk of stupor in condition of head injuries or brain lesions.

  • Patients receiving MAO inhibitors

  • Pregnant women and nursing mothers.

  • Patients with hypersensitivity to this drug and opiate or a a history of it.
