What Difflam® Plus Anaesthetic Sore Throat Lozenges (Sugar Free) is used for?
Difflam® Plus Anaesthetic Sore Throat Lozenges (Sugar Free) is used for fast relief of painful conditions of the oral cavity including tonsillitis, sore throat, radiation mucositis, aphthous ulcers, pharyngitis, swelling, inflammatory conditions, post orosurgical and periodontal procedures.
How much and how often should you use this medicine?
One lozenge should be dissolved slowly in the mouth every two to three hours as required up to a maximum of 12 lozenges per day. Uninterrupted treatment should not exceed seven days. Difflam® Plus Anaesthetic Sore Throat Lozenges (Sugar Free) should not be chewed. It is not recommended in children under 6 years of age.
When should you not take this medicine?
Patients with known hypersensitivity to benzydamine hydrochloride, lignocaine, dichlorobenzyl alcohol or to any other ingredients present in Difflam® Plus Anaesthetic Sore Throat Lozenges (Sugar Free).
Children under 6 years of age.
