3. WHAT TYMORA THROAT SPRAY 0.3% W/W IS USED FOR
Tymora Throat Spray 0.3% w/w is a locally acting analgesic and anti-inflammatory for the temporary relief of painful conditions of the mouth and throat, including tonsillitis, sore throat, radiation mucositis, aphthous ulcers, pharyngitis, swelling, redness, inflammatory conditions, post orosurgical and periodontal procedures.
5. HOW TO USE TYMORA THROAT SPRAY 0.3% W/W
For oromucosal use only.
Applied 2 to 6 times in a day (not more than every 1.5 – 3 hours).
Continuous treatment should not exceed 7 days.
Adults and Children over 12 years old
Spray 2 to 4 actuations each time directly onto the sore/inflamed area and swallow gently.
Children between 6 and 12 years old
Spray 2 actuations each time directly onto the sore/inflamed area and swallow gently.
Do not use in children who are unable to hold their breath during spraying.
Not to be used for children less than 6 years old.
Instruction for use:

Lift the spray tube.
Insert the tube into the mouth and point the spray at the treated area.
Press the spray head with your index finger.

Before the first use, you need to push the button several times until the spray is uniform.
During spraying you should hold the breath.
This medicine should not be used immediately before meal or drinking.
You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 3 days.
Symptoms And Treatment for Overdosage
Symptoms
Tymora Throat Spray is unlikely to cause adverse systemic effects, even if accidental ingestion should occur. Intoxication is only expected in case of accidental ingestion of large quantities of benzydamine (> 300 mg).
Symptoms associated with overdose of ingested benzydamine are mainly gastrointestinal symptoms and symptoms of the central nervous system. Most frequent gastrointestinal symptoms are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and oesophageal irritation. Symptoms of the central nervous system include dizziness, hallucinations, agitation, anxiety and irritability.
Treatment
There is no specific antidote for benzydamine hydrochloride. In acute overdose only symptomatic treatment is possible. Patients should be kept under close observation and supportive treatment should be given. Adequate hydration must be maintained.

If you are allergic to benzydamine hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
